River releases are increasing 2,215cfs in December (from 2,080 cfs) due to actual November inflows being higher than the median inflows forecast. For the month of December, the Bighorn Basin is looking at equal chances of precipitation either being average, above average, or below average. There is a 33-40 percent change temperatures will be above average.
